Job Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock support or fulfillment roles
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills

Job Duties
- Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and escorting them to fitting rooms then sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives such as the Nordstrom Rewards program
- Keep the stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Work with the team to maintain the sales floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers with a variety of transactions through a seamless and friendly experience
- Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment
- Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions
