Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- capability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to lift frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds for sales roles
- ability to lift frequently up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock and fulfillment roles

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening
- assist customers by cashiering transactions across platforms including in-store, online, and mobile
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and managing clothing returns
- maintain clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing
- keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed
- demonstrate expertise in store technologies
- adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards
- promote Nordstrom Rewards program
- receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill and ship customer orders following quality and packing standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research shipments
- assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
- provide general support for special events, markdowns, and store fixture relocations
