Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Physical capability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift including bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
- Ability to frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Ability to handle bulky and sometimes heavy items up to 25 pounds for sales and customer service roles
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds for stock and fulfillment roles
Job Qualifications
- Clear, effective communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Accountability, initiative and a high level of ownership
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules based on business needs
- Basic proficiency with technology used in store environments
Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- Assist customers when cashiering with various transactions across platforms including in-store, online and mobile
- Provide a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- Maintain a clean and clutter-free customer experience by sorting and returning clothing to the salesfloor
- Keep stockrooms organized and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed
- Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
