Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- capability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- physical ability to lift frequently up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, with stock and fulfillment roles requiring lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively within a team
- adherence to operational, merchandise, and asset protection standards

Job Duties
- Work with the team to ensure the salesfloor stays runway ready and is sized and filled in through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day
- assist customers when cashiering with a variety of transactions across different platforms including operating a point-of-sale system and bagging items
- create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting and assisting customers and sorting and returning clothing to the floor
- keep the store clean and clutter free by sorting and returning clothing and maintaining organized stockrooms
- receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
- fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality, packing, and shipping standards
- utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
