Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English
- capable of lifting at least 25 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to perform physical activities such as stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- good vision including close, color, and depth perception
- proficient with computers and handheld technology
- ability to make prompt decisions to resolve customer needs and issues
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- comfortable using electronic devices and POS systems
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- welcome customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain a clean and organized At Your Service area and pickup zones
- operate point of sale (POS) systems and complete transactions accurately
- meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- collaborate with team members to support store operations and service excellence
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
