Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English
- Capable of making prompt and sound decisions to resolve customer issues
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds
- Ability to handle electronic devices such as cash registers and handheld equipment

Job Qualifications

- Prior retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in operating computer systems and handheld electronic devices

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and engage in friendly personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and merchandise returns
- Complete transactions efficiently using appropriate systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers in opening credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and maintain service excellence
