Job Requirements

- comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- capable of handling electronic devices and processing transactions
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead
- visual acuity including close, color, and depth perception
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
- ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide genuine hospitality
- support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- maintain an organized and clean customer service area
- engage with customers to build lasting relationships
- assist in meeting daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- handle transactions proficiently using electronic systems
- collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service
