Job Duties
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) and merchandise returns
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- collaborate with team members to support store operations
- handle transactions accurately using electronic systems
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
