Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and offer genuine hospitality
- assist customers with buy online pickup in store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- maintain an organized and clean service area
- support total store fulfillment including transaction processing
- achieve daily sales goals and promote loyalty programs
- collaborate with team members for efficient service delivery
- ensure curbside delivery and timely completion of orders
