Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

- prior retail or customer service experience a plus

- teamwork-oriented with flexibility to work varied shifts
Job Duties
- greet customers with warmth and genuine hospitality
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain a clean and organized pickup and return area
- complete BOPS orders timely including curbside delivery
- achieve daily sales goals and promote Macy's Loyalty program
- support team members with honesty, care, and collaboration
- ensure a positive store environment by keeping merchandise recovered and displays neat
