Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) processes
- Handle merchandise returns and order pickups efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- Use relevant systems to complete transactions accurately
- Promote Macy's Loyalty program and assist customers with credit account openings
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction
- Uphold Macy's service standards through attentive and genuine hospitality
