Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Regular dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Ability to make prompt decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with team members and customers
- Ability to meet daily sales goals
- Responsible for acquiring new customers through credit accounts and loyalty benefits
- Ability to handle electronic devices and register transactions
- Capable of standing for at least two consecutive hours and lifting at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level
- Requires good close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to meet sales goals and handle customer transactions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build personal conversations
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting service area
- Complete transactions efficiently using necessary systems
- Recover merchandise and manage curbside delivery of online orders
- Share loyalty program benefits and open new credit accounts
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
