Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS)
- process merchandise returns and order pickups efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the At Your Service area
- support curbside delivery and timely order completion
- engage customers with genuine hospitality and share Macy's Loyalty program benefits
- collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain service standards
- handle electronic devices and process transactions accurately
