Job Requirements
- flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- regular dependable attendance and punctuality
- ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors

- capacity to make prompt and sound decisions to resolve customer needs
- comfortable using electronic devices and cash registers
- physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform tasks requiring reaching and crouching
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and handheld technology
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) processing and merchandise returns
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service area
- promote Macy’s loyalty program and assist with opening credit accounts
- meet daily sales goals and support team collaboration
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- restock and recover merchandise and assist with order processing
