Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store orders and merchandise returns
- Maintain clean, organized, and inviting At Your Service areas
- Use all necessary systems proficiently to complete transactions
- Meet daily sales goals and promote Macy's loyalty program
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide excellent customer service
- Ensure timely curbside delivery and pickup of online orders
