Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Comfortable using electronic devices and point-of-sale systems
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Ability to adapt to varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain an organized and clean pickup and return area
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately using store systems
- Help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits and promote customer engagement
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and customer satisfaction
