Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and coworkers
- Must understand and follow employment policies and safety rules

- Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with electronic devices and register systems
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in customer service
- Ability to handle frequent standing, lifting, and physical tasks required in retail environments
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in friendly conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders, merchandise returns, and order pickups
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting At Your Service area
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- Share Macy's Loyalty program benefits with customers and open credit accounts
- Set and review daily sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and support store operations
