Job Duties
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and create personal connections
- assist with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) transactions and merchandise returns
- maintain organized and clean At Your Service areas
- collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals
- share loyalty program benefits with customers
- ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of BOPS orders
- support store operations and uphold Macy's service standards
