Job Duties
- Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities
- process merchandise returns efficiently
- assist customers with order pickups
- maintain a clean and organized pickup and return area
- greet customers warmly and build relationships
- achieve daily sales goals
- utilize systems to complete transactions accurately
