Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Regular dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engage in friendly, personal conversations
- Assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) orders and merchandise returns
- Operate transaction systems proficiently to complete purchases and pickups
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting At Your Service area
- Recover merchandise and ensure timely completion of pickup and curbside delivery orders
- Share loyalty program benefits and promote credit account openings
- Collaborate with team members to support store goals and a positive work environment
