Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or retail preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- basic computer proficiency and experience with electronic devices
- ability to meet sales goals and support loyalty programs

Job Duties
- Welcome customers with genuine hospitality and friendly conversations
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store processes and merchandise returns
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the At Your Service area and shopping space
- proficiently handle transactions and use electronic systems
- ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders and pickups
- promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit account openings
- support team collaboration and uphold Macy’s service standards
