Job Duties
- greet customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships
- assist customers with Buy Online Pickup In Store and merchandise returns
- maintain an organized and clean service area
- process transactions accurately using necessary systems
- recover merchandise and ensure shoppable spaces
- promote Macy's Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with credit applications
- collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and support store objectives
