Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with genuine hospitality and personalized service
- support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities including order fulfillment and curbside delivery
- process merchandise returns and complete transactions efficiently
- maintain organized and clean At Your Service areas to ensure a positive shopping environment
- promote and share Macy’s Loyalty program benefits with customers
- collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience
- actively engage in continuous learning and professional development
