Job Requirements
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with electronic devices
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet customers with genuine hospitality and engaging conversations
- Support Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS) activities including order pickups and curbside delivery
- Process merchandise returns and complete transactions accurately
- Keep the service and pickup areas clean, organized, and inviting
- Promote Macy’s Loyalty program and assist customers in opening credit accounts
- Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals
- Maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and sales goals
