Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant setting
- strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- management experience is required
- effective planning and administrative skills, with experience in budget management
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Serve Safe Certification or willingness to obtain
- ability to foster positive relationships with guests and staff
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- fluency in English

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures as well as company policies
- store food and equipment properly
- collaborate with the Director of Culinary to develop menus and test new recipes
- supervise daily operations of the restaurant kitchen
- assist in training kitchen staff on food handling and sanitation
- manage kitchen staff and support the Culinary Management team when required
- handle kitchen opening and closing duties, including creating prep and cleaning lists
- manage food preparation, inventory control, and procurement processes
- conduct training sessions as directed by management
- other duties as assigned
