Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and any other required licenses to operate company vehicle
- Completion of Safelite SafeTech certification required
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and assist with heavier windshields
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Ability to operate motor vehicles complying with laws and company monitoring
- Willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
- Ability to handle flammable chemicals safely
- Flexibility in work schedule start and end times
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Professional appearance and compliance with uniform policies
- Ability to maintain performance under pressure
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Learn to repair vehicle glass in the classroom and hands-on with focus on the Safelite Way of Fitting under guidance of experienced technicians and leaders
- Repair chips, cracks and other auto glass related issues on customer vehicles
- Manage work orders, customer documentation and communication using Safelite handheld Mobile Resource Management technology
- Promote and sell Safelite promotional items to customers
- Clean customer vehicle and perform housekeeping tasks during wait and idle times
- Safely operate company and customer vehicles and tools
- Comply with all company policies and standards
- Perform other assigned duties
