Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to all who either visit the Show's main office or call the Show's main telephone number
  • Greet visitors to the Show's main office, determine the nature of his/her business, and alert appropriate personnel or department
  • Answer heavy volume of incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system, determine the purpose of the call, and transfer to appropriate personnel or department
  • Answer general questions about the Show (ex. hours of operation, directions, parking, schedules, etc.)
  • Retrieve voicemail and respond or forward to appropriate personnel or department
  • Ensure that timely and accurate information is provided to callers and visitors
  • Support the Membership Office with administrative duties as needed
