Job Duties

  • Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
  • welcome and direct visitors and clients
  • ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
