Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of clerical or office experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work overtime and a flexible schedule
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and respectful workplace environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of clerical/office, executive admin and HR experience
  • Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams experience
  • Previous Workday and Kronos knowledge base
  • Multi-phone line soft phone experience
  • Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Able to work 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday

Job Duties

  • First POC for any internal HR queries and visitor check-in/out
  • POC for initial safety/incidents reports
  • Manage day-to-day SC attendance reports including attendance points report, call outs, updates on crew member leave early/arrive late
  • Facilitate hourly recruitment and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate and consistent crew member physical personnel documents
  • Facilitate and organize crew member experience and recognition programs
  • Understand and enforce building policies to promote a safe work environment aligned with organizational core values
