Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of clerical or office experience
- Basic knowledge of HR procedures
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and a flexible schedule
- Commitment to promoting a safe and respectful workplace environment
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of clerical/office, executive admin and HR experience
- Strong MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams experience
- Previous Workday and Kronos knowledge base
- Multi-phone line soft phone experience
- Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as needed
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work 30 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Job Duties
- First POC for any internal HR queries and visitor check-in/out
- POC for initial safety/incidents reports
- Manage day-to-day SC attendance reports including attendance points report, call outs, updates on crew member leave early/arrive late
- Facilitate hourly recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate and consistent crew member physical personnel documents
- Facilitate and organize crew member experience and recognition programs
- Understand and enforce building policies to promote a safe work environment aligned with organizational core values
