Job Requirements
- Less than 1 year experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- Less than 1 year experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks including identifying and selling products based on customer needs

Job Qualifications

- Less than 1 year retail experience performing tasks like identifying and selling products based on customer needs, explaining warranties and product features, assisting customers in locating products, building customer relationships, resolving customer issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as required by law
Job Duties
- Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures
- Seek out customers to understand their needs and assist in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, or loading merchandise
- Listen and respond knowledgeably to customer and associate questions, guiding them through projects when necessary
- Demonstrate sincere appreciation to customers
- Communicate stock, special orders, features, benefits, applications, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs
- Write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs
- Cross-functionally train in other store departments to enhance customer service delivery
- Detect signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks, reporting promptly to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization through compliance with housekeeping standards
- Ensure a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews and adhering to safety requirements
- Operate store equipment such as Zebra phones, paging systems, copiers, CCTV surveillance, key cutters, paint mixers, and more relevant to the role and department
