Job Duties
- Regularly check and replenish minibars in guest rooms, ensuring a diverse selection of beverages and snacks
- Verify proper display and expiration dates for all items in the minibar, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Address guest requests for minibar refills promptly and assist with inquiries about minibar offerings
- Prioritize guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate records of minibar consumption
- Monitor minibar inventory levels, order replenishments as needed and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies
- Generate daily reports on minibar activities, covering sales, consumption, and restocking needs
- Promptly report any damaged or missing items to the In Room Dining Manager
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and alcohol service regulations
- Collaborate with the In Room Dining Manager and team members to ensure seamless guest services
- Stay adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the hotel and its guests
