Job Requirements
- Previous kitchen or prep experience required
- Basic understanding of food safety and knife handling
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain one
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion ingredients such as chopping vegetables, cutting meats, making sauces
- Label, date, and store food properly to ensure freshness and minimize waste
- Assist cooks and chefs with daily prep tasks and mise en place
- Keep prep stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Support with closing and cleaning duties as needed
