- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift, push, and pull 25 to 35 pounds regularly
- ability to occasionally carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to occasionally push or pull up to 150 pounds using pallet jack or gaylords
- flexibility to work early morning shifts
- ability to work in heat and cold conditions
- dependable and reliable
- gloves and work boots recommended
