Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in porter or event support roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible, non-standard hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate cleaning equipment
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Unrestricted availability or willingness to accommodate irregular scheduling

Job Duties
- Instruct, lead, supervise and assist the porter staff in all daily duties
- Gathering, transporting, setting up, breaking down, and storing event equipment
- Filling pull sheet orders to gather equipment needed for specific events, ensuring they are all complete
- Load supplies safely into appropriate vehicles and transport to the location of the events
- Set up equipment needed for the success of the event including tables, chairs, dancefloor, linens, food service equipment, china, glassware, etc
- Assist in bussing and running food, helping clear and replenish food items during events
- Supervise and assist porters in dish room operations and trash removal duties
