Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged equivalent
- prior experience in janitorial services events conference services hotel banquet or restaurant industry
- ability to work at a fast pace and coordinate multiple projects
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- flexible availability including early mornings late nights weekends holidays
- ability to lift and move at least fifty pounds consistently
- physical ability to perform tasks involving standing walking carrying reaching twisting bending pushing pulling kneeling squatting sitting and climbing stairs or ladders
- valid driver\'s license preferred
- must be at least 18 years old

- must have outstanding customer service and ability to maintain customer satisfaction under pressure or deadlines

- must be able to work independently or in a team with limited supervision
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must have flexible availability including day shift and night shift hours weekends and holidays
- valid driver\'s license preferred
Job Duties
- assist with set up break down service cleaning and preparation of events to ensure standards are met
- instruct lead supervise and assist porter staff in daily duties
- gather transport set up break down and store event equipment
- fill pull sheet orders ensuring all equipment for events is complete
- load supplies safely into appropriate vehicles and transport to event locations
- set up equipment including tables chairs dancefloor linens food service equipment china and glassware
- assist in bussing running food and clearing replenishing food items during events
- oversee set up execution break down and clean up sanitation area during larger events
- supervise and assist porters in dish room operations and trash removal
- inspect supervise general cleaning and sanitation of event space kitchen sanit dish room restrooms storage areas and carts
- wash sanitize and properly store all tableware catering equipment and silverware
- operate lightweight grounds keeping equipment including leaf blower and pressure washer
- perform deep cleaning of equipment walls floors vents ceilings vehicles as assigned
- assist in inventorying cleaning and organizing equipment
- ensure retrieval proper storage and organization of tables chairs rental equipment and materials daily
- break down all equipment at conclusion of events and ensure all items are put away and event space is cleaned
- receive incoming deliveries ensure proper storage and assist with vendor load in
- ensure maintenance of work and storage areas complies with safety requirements and sanitation standards
- inspect all function areas at conclusion of events to ensure cleanliness and task completion
- communicate facilities equipment and staff performance status regularly
- follow safe storage service and sanitation practices
- drive safely using company vehicle
- perform other related duties assigned by management
