Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Availability to work 2 to 5 days per week during seasonal period March to December
- Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies
- Prior experience in event setup or catering environment preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong commitment to safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications

- Experience in event setup or catering support preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to operate light groundskeeping equipment
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Work at a fast pace coordinating multiple projects while assisting the catering events and culinary team in setup according to banquet event order
- Gather, transport, set up, break down, and store event equipment
- Fill pull sheet orders gathering equipment needed for events
- Load and unload supplies safely and transport to event locations
- Set up equipment including tables, chairs, dancefloor, linens, food service equipment, china, glassware
- Assist in bussing, running food, clearing and replenishing food items during events
- Set up, run, break down, and clean Sanit area during larger events
