Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • ServeSafe certification preferred
  • TIPS certification preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of spirits and related beverage items
  • Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reach
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Create an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed
  • Take accurate food and drink orders
  • Adhere to cocktail recipes and deliver consistent quality at the bar
  • Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to consume alcohol
  • Assist back of house with dish duty continually during shift
  • Clean floors and tables after each shift is completed
  • Process payments efficiently and accurately, as well as balance register
  • Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
