Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending experience required
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- TIPS certification preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Working knowledge of spirits and related beverage items
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, rotate, reach
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Create an atmosphere that allows guests to feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Adhere to cocktail recipes and deliver consistent quality at the bar
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal age to consume alcohol
- Assist back of house with dish duty continually during shift
- Clean floors and tables after each shift is completed
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, as well as balance register
- Available to work weekends, holidays and overtime when required
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
