Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in beverage or food service preferred
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to stand for long periods
- availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
- compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner
- prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- act as cashier for the lounge
- greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promote and document drink orders
- mix garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes with portion control
- maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- maintain stock cutting and storing of fresh fruit vegetable garnishes juices and perishables
- receive cash from guests make change verify charges record and ensure proper vouchers to balance money
- lock up and store beverages food and equipment deposit cash drops and secure bank
- answer bar phone promptly take room service orders input orders and create checks ensuring accountability of beverages served
- perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards
- adhere to all company policies and procedures
- follow safety and security procedures and rules
- know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- use protective equipment and report unsafe conditions
- report accidents injuries near misses property damage or loss to supervisor
- maintain neat clean and well-groomed appearance
- perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- assist other beverage personnel when needed
