Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Clear background check and OFAC screening
  • Age minimums for driving (18 for personal vehicle, 21 for company vehicle)

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hotel, hospitality, vacation rental, or similar industry preferred
  • Prior housekeeping experience is a bonus but not required
  • Comfortable using digital systems and mobile apps
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Dependable and prepared with strong punctuality
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong communication skills for in-person and online interactions

Job Duties

  • Professionally clean and maintain vacation rental properties
  • Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash surfaces
  • Move furniture to clean under and behind
  • Assist with laundry and linens
  • Create welcoming and clean environments for guests and homeowners
  • Identify and report damages or repair needs
  • Collect and remove trash and debris
  • Attend mandatory meetings
  • Replenish consumable items
  • Maintain hot tubs with training
  • Perform other assigned duties
