Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a satisfactory background check
Able to work well within a team setting and independently
Amazing customer service and communication skills
Willing and able to travel to all school events and studios within a given territory
Must have reliable transportation
Coachable with ability to learn quickly and produce quality output

Job Duties

Provide concierge level service to studio and school customers
Exhibit strong soft skills to deliver a positive, unforgettable experience
Use CADY photography equipment to capture standard quality photos
Travel and work offsite as needed within a variable scheduling model
Follow internal procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of images
Test equipment and analyze session details prior to events
Commit to and uphold CADY quality standards
