Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a pastry or culinary role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Commitment to following food safety standards
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic culinary knowledge

Job Duties

  • Prepare and bake various types of pastries and desserts following standardized recipes
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items meet company standards
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Collaborate with the Pastry Team to develop new dessert ideas and seasonal menus
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and notify supervisors of any shortages
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Support senior chefs and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills
