Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- experience in sales, marketing, or account management
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong project management skills

- proficiency with Ticketmaster Archtics and CRM software

Job Duties
- Review and understand each partner contract assigned
- act as project manager for key departmental areas of focus such as radio partnership, employee of the game program, and community efforts
- plan out the timeline for and execution of each partner contract element including planning meetings and brainstorming sessions with sponsors
- implement in-stadium signage and market partner promotions
- secure and distribute ticketing inventory
- execute ballpark events for partner employees or key relationships
- facilitate mascot appearances
- create and execute promotions to meet business goals including coordinating POS collaterals, newspaper ads, in-stadium signage, website promotions, newsletters, radio, and social media
- plan and execute all partner events at the stadium including company picnics, softball games/tournaments, luncheons, team building activities, field days, and public events
- document seasonal activities and prepare comprehensive annual reports for each partner
- support partners and guests at games and events
- work most home games including nights, weekends, and holidays
- provide VIP pre-game tours
- enact partner plaza events and promotions before and during games
- maintain and work within partner budgets
- use Ticketmaster Archtics and CRM software for relationship management
- continually seek opportunities to over-deliver on sponsor value
