Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum two years experience as server in a high-volume environment
- Food Handler's certificate preferred
- 21 years or older to serve alcohol
- Able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to follow safety and health regulations
- Willingness to work in loud, varying weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least two years experience as a server in a high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self motivation
- Organizational skills
- Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego preferred
- Able to obtain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Ability to use computer and office equipment
Job Duties
- Set up, serve, and clean up food and beverages for guests during events
- Ensure all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly
- Assist with setup and breakdown of area before and after events
- Adhere to all stadium policies and safety guidelines, including food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Collect food and beverage orders, serve items ordered, and attend to guests' needs throughout their visit
- Deliver orders efficiently and promptly to designated seating areas
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures
