Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of mixology basics
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of and compliance with alcohol service laws
- Ability to stand and walk for entire shift
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Must pass background check
- Food Handler's certificate preferred
- Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mixology and basic drink recipes
- Ability to recognize and deter intoxicated guests
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self-motivated with multitasking ability
- Experience with cash handling and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Professional appearance and grooming
- Food Handler's certificate preferred
- Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service while working in a fast-paced environment
- Serve alcoholic beverages to customers
- Proper cash handling including greeting and servicing guests at registers, taking orders, and accepting payments
- Handle credit card transactions
- Replenish products and maintain adequate product levels throughout events
- Check customer identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Prepare alcoholic drinks quickly and efficiently while ensuring correct serving portions
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, wells, and guest-facing areas
- Assess inventory and assist in preparing product orders
- Comply with company policies and federal, state, and local alcohol service laws
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
