Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years or older or able to obtain RBS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry up to 165 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, and reach frequently during shifts
- Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use hand truck and pallet jack
- Must comply with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Must pass a background check prior to employment
Job Qualifications

- Preferred Food Handler's certificate from County of San Diego
- Preferred Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification or ability to obtain

- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility in an efficient and timely manner
- Stock product in beverage storage and ensure inventory levels are maintained
- Re-stock bar supplies as requested by bartender or bar manager
- Report needed repairs to the supervisor
- Keep the work area and equipment neat and clean
- Empty trash containers and deliver trash to appropriate dumpsters
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized prior to and post event
- Maintain dining spaces around bar and club areas to ensure cleanliness
- Comply with all company policies and federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
