Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- 21 years or older preferred for alcohol service
- Ability to lift or carry heavy objects up to 165 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout a shift
- Ability to work in loud and dynamic environments
- Ability to comply with company policies and legal regulations
- Ability to obtain Responsible Beverage Service certification
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Ability to effectively present information to customers and management
- Ability to calculate figures and analyze numerical data
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to use hand trucks and pallet jacks
- Responsible Beverage Service certification preferred
- Food Handler's certificate from the County of San Diego preferred
Job Duties
- Deliver beverages and other products throughout the facility in an efficient and timely manner
- Stock product in beverage storage ensuring inventory levels of supplies are maintained
- Re-stock bar supplies as requested by bartender or bar manager
- Report all needed repairs to the supervisor
- Keep the work area and equipment neat and clean
- Empty trash containers and deliver trash to appropriate dumpsters if needed
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized prior to and post event
