Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work variable hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally
- Must meet vision requirements including close and peripheral vision
- Completion of required alcohol certification if applicable
- Compliance with Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
Job Qualifications
- Completion of cast certification program or progress towards it
- Good public speaking and communication skills
- Ability to perform math calculations accurately
- Ability to identify problems and evaluate information
- Excellent interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Operating POS system including cash and credit handling
- Up selling premium viewing experiences and promoting loyalty programs
- Ensuring compliance with MPAA rating system and company policies
- Responding to guest inquiries consistently with service philosophy
- Conducting theater cleanliness and maintenance duties
- Managing crowd control and assisting guests in seating
- Monitoring auditorium conditions and reporting issues to management
