Job Duties
- initiate the process on building a genuine relationship with clients by determining their needs and offering direction to appropriate departments and universes
- serve as the client's first point of contact within the store and set the tone for the client’s experience
- manifest the Louis Vuitton Promise by greeting each client with the highest degree of courtesy and integrity
- partner with the Client Experience team and collaborate with the store team to create a seamless client experience
- maintain a daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events
- act as an ambassador of the brand ensuring clients are treated according to Louis Vuitton standards
- assist with client inquiries and provide personalized assistance
