Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Basic computer and POS system proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Commitment to company dress code and professional appearance
- Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously
- Willingness to undergo ongoing training and development
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years prior retail experience preferred
- Experience in apparel, service or specialty store environment
- Familiarity with computerized POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone and in person
- Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver 5-star customer experience
- Provide exceptional service to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store achievement of 5-star customer service
- Prepare for customer appointments by reviewing profiles and preparing fitting rooms
- Build relationships by asking questions and listening to customer needs
- Strive to identify the perfect gown in the first three try-ons
- Review timeline calendar and set future appointments
- Communicate importance of alterations and promote personalization options
- Ensure proper measurements are taken and entered for ordering
- Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience
- Follow cash wrap behaviors and process transactions accurately
- Achieve sales conversions and add-on goals
- Set appointments for entire wedding party
- Complete training to build product knowledge
- Execute new processes and merchandising changes
- Support store team to achieve sales, service, and operational goals
- Follow all loss prevention and security policies
- Focus on personal development and share knowledge with team members
- Open to coaching and feedback
- Complete all required training courses within the first 90 days
- Match words with actions to build trust and respect
- Strive to achieve results through determination and commitment
- Build and maintain positive team relationships
