Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare bakery items according to company policies and standards
- Label and date all trays of baked items
- Ensure proper food storage and safety procedures
- Set up and maintain bakery display cases using proper merchandising techniques
- Follow sanitation procedures for kitchen, storage, and bakery equipment
- Control food costs and ensure accurate portioning of products
- Communicate with management and team members about product, service, equipment and safety issues
